We brought our cat in for what we believe was a repeat urinary tract infection. Dr. Fournier was so kind and thorough. She explained all the options of testing and pricing, thoroughly explained the test results and what they could mean, and worked with us to choose a treatment plan for our Piper including what to follow up on. She made sure all of our concerns and questions were answered and even took the time to listen to a voicemail a prior vet left for me regarding a previous UTI. We left feeling comforted and confident in our decision to bring our cat here. The front desk was always very pleasant.

The Neurologist vet I saw . Soooooo nice

Dr. Seeds she was wonderful I forgot the name of the vet tech who helped us but she was short with orange fun patterned scrubs, a very bubbly personality and super friendly ! The woman who checked me out was super honest as well about waiting for medicine for my cat. She explained they're having a situation in the back (cpr on a pet) and it might be a little wait, but said if it's a little bit to just ask again. I understood and appreciated the communication.

There were two young ladies dont remember there names but the first day I went and paying the young who attended me was a joy and the young lady who brought me soohie on the day I was bringing her home but in my opinion everyone who attended me was so kind and caring thank you all for your kindness.
