They were fast and efficient. Staff were willingly to help me get my very fearful dog, Koda, out of the vehicle without any hesitation. They handled him quickly to reduce the amount of stress and gave me the best option for his care, for both the dog and for the financial part. So far my Koda is recovering well and we're following all of the recommendations to keep the wounds closed.

The staff was amazing, from the first call to make an appointment to every interaction at the facility. I especially LOVED the text message updates during sedation, MRI, and will Dr. was ready to discuss. This allowed me to leave and go have coffee locally while I awaited results.
