From the moment we arrived with our dog, we received immediate attention due to the seriousness of the crisis. The whole staff was compassionate and made us feel confident that our dog was in good hands. Dr. Fournier showed us support and compassion as she treated him, keeping us well-informed every step of the way. With her expertise and her collaboration with the other team members she was able to get him stable enough so that Dr. Iuliani could step in to run more tests and figure out what was going on. The amount of time that Dr. Iuliani spent on the phone explaining ever aspect of care was so greatly appreciated. Her expertise, compassion, patience, and support went beyond words; and she truly saved his life. Our dog was seen as a member of our family by the whole team. We will forever be grateful for the excellent care and support that we received. Many thanks to Dr. Iuliana and Dr. Fournier and the entire team. Unfortunately, I do not know everyone's names but there were many people involved in his care. You put our Jerry on the road to recovery.
GSV has always been available to our pets and we appreciate them being open 24h for emergencies. The staff from the front reception to the technicians and Vets truly are professional and kind and knowledgeable always putting us at ease. Thank you GSV!
Everybody on staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Everybody from the receptionist to the Vet Doctor. Also I would like to add that Dr. Jennifer Hoover was extremely helpful and also extremely beautiful.
