The place was recommended to us by our vet. The doctor who saw our dog was very professional, answered all our questions and was very direct. However, we waited over an hour to be released home after seeing the doctor and overall the whole process felt a bit slow.

Yes! Maggie was very informative about our cats behavior and his medication

Doctor was very friendly and professional. Listened to my concerns and questions. Gave me various options on what we could do to help my dog and called me before performing the surgical procedure when I asked if she could cause we were anxious and she was really nice about it.

Emily triaged my cat and was mindful when speaking to me as we were in an open space. She wasn't loud like some of the other vet techs were when triaging other pets. I really appreciated that. Dr. Wang was patient and took the time to listen to my concerns. When you're worried about losing your baby, it's comforting when the team is patient and compassionate and I'm so grateful that Emily and Dr. Wang worked with us that day.

Everyone is so kind and compassionate. From the front desk to check out. The doctors are so wonderful and everyone treats our fur family with such care and kindness.
