I brought my pet for an ophthalmology consult and had a great experience

Entire staff from check in to check out were wonderful

Care was wonderful, checkout took 30+ minutes

Overall service and attention was good and fast, I felt a bit better after I left but the nurse/doctor never introduced herself was a bit of a downer in her bed side manner which wasn't too reassuring we came up with an initial treatment plan which did end up working on the 1st attempt Jax is doing much better and is more comfortable and acting normal again no more lethargy or discomforts

Amira was wonderful from my first phone conversation with her through her helping my husband through registration. I believe I also spoke to Jen I hope I have that name right. She said she would send a note to the doctor that we were coming in with an ophthalmology emergency. And we would like to say thank you to Dr Kim for her skill, advice and attention to our cat's needs

I was taken in immediately at the time of my appointment, the tech was extremely kind and understood how to get my dog to go in the back with her calmly, the echo was done very quickly, and the doctor came right in to give me the results so my anxious dog could go home

Dr Schachar was knowledgeable and compassionate. Answered all Of our questions and concerns that we had pertaining to our dogs symptoms.

I don't recall her name. She was a young Indian girl. She did a thorough exam on my dog and figured out why my dog was sick. She did an awesome job explaining everything to me and she was very empathetic

Friendly staff, cleanliness of facility, attention of veterinarian

The tech Vanessa was very friendly, helpful and answered all my questions when I came to visit and during the discharge of my cat. It put me at ease to know my sweet kitty was in good hands!
