Prompt service, everyone was nice, courteous, professional. Also, we were concerned that an emergency visit would be extremely expensive - it was NOT. It was reasonable (and we do NOT have pet insurance). We would recommend to others.
I was very happy with the service. It was a bit expensive, but that is expected for an emergency vet service.
Maybe service is always fast but on a Sunday morning at 7am I was shown directly into a raining room and the vet tech joined me in moments. Dr "Sara" was wonderful- not not a good listener but good questions and shared useful information on possible reasons for my dog's vomiting, and she clearly outlined options for treatment. She and the team followed thru within the expected timeframe. Everyone was understanding of my frazzled state of mind, and follow up instructions were clearly explained.
The check-in administrator, Arianna if I recall correctly, has exceptional emotional IQ. She commiserated with us and validated our feelings in a very helpful yet professional way.
I apologize for not recalling names but all staff we encountered on the evening of 3/4 (aprrox. 9:30pm ET) were just wonderful!

Everyone was so nice and helpful from the front desk, the vet tech and the doctor.
Low wait time, reasonable rates, diagnosed my dog and treatments started right away and very nice doctor and staff.
Staff and vets are friendly, knowledgable and competent.
