When we walked in with our Aussie puppy, Bandit, it was clear to the girl at the front desk that he was very ill. We'd only had Bandit for less than 24-hours at that point. Without hesitation, she brought us into an exam room without collecting info so that the process of Bandit seeing a veterinarian could start immediately. From that point forward the process moved quickly. I wish I could remember names. But the doctor was amazing and explained everything in detail including costs and what could be done. I couldn't be happier with the outcome as Bandit bounced back the next morning and has been acting like the puppy he is since then. He's happy, healthy, playing like puppies do with his brother, Jax. I wouldn't hesitate to go back, if needed. But hoping it isn't. All of the staff should be commended for their professionalism, not to mention the genuine care they displayed for our puppy Bandit.

My dog is very anxious and when we had to bring him in late at night to a place he has never been, in addition to being worried about what was wrong, we were also worried about how it would go. I cannot stress enough that my experience was amazing. The front desk, the vet tech and the vet were all friendly, caring, informational and my dog was at ease by the time we left.
All of them!! Our 6 year made some pictures and the staff, front desk super women and the vet took their time to acknowledge his detail, make him feel special, thank him and praise him for efforts. It was a tough/sad night for us with our dog and they helped find joy through the tears. I'm so grateful for their empathy and kindness- going above and beyond - their service was like warm hugs
It was great! My cat who is diabetic and has feline leukemia was not eating and getting sick. I went around 7pm on Friday night. I was taken right in.
