Dr Kent and the staff really helped my dog Cody. They made him feel comfortable during his stay at the hospital. They also took good care of him and kept me informed during his stay.

The whole team, from the receptionists to the vet techs and the doctors! I personally only have seen Dr. Volpe and she is wonderful! I am sure all of the doctors are just as wonderful!

From the first call to treatment of our dog, Boots, staff including receptionist, intake and vet, Sarah, were all compassionate, prompt and professional. We were very impressed with the quick care and resolution of our issue, and on Mother's Day too!

I think the facility is state of art. The staff is incredibly professional and they communicate excellently. I deducted a point for a 9/10 as I was disappointed with some strictly cosmetic things. My cat came home shaved in clumps in various spots. I would hate just preferred he be shaved uniformly bc it's so strange and off putting to see him this way. And he was soaked in urine from his waist down at pick up. I understand he was manually expressed so he could get home that day but he smelled so bad the whole way home I had to put this poor cat who was in sensory overload coming home after 4 days right into the soapy sink. I was worried the other pets would react badly to him smelling so bad. The bill was very detailed as was the narrative and I appreciated both of those things. While it was very expensive, I think the itemization is excellent bc I was able to see there were no charges I thought were outlandish; everything made sense. I do think a law enforcement discount would be a very nice thing to offer and quite a natural tie in to your business model as police employ many dogs.

Again, everyone at GSVS in Toms River treated us with care. Dr. Rogers was fantastic since he was the first person my dog saw at 6:30 in the morning when my dog was at her worst. Then Dr. McKenna took over and even though I did not meet her in person she is the one who was then responsible for her care since Dr. Rogers shift ended.
