Dr. Franzreb was attentive and clear about her assessment. Immediately felt we were in good hands. Dr. Rogers was compassionate and clear about the prognosis. It was so comforting when he told us that Marty played on his lap for a bit overnight. Dr. McKenna took her time with the goodbye and was so gentile with us. We had to say goodbye to our sweet Marty, and they made us feel like they were giving him the best care available. Thank you so much for what you provided for us. One recommendation: Wait to review cremation, and other memorial options until after the euthanasia experience is completed.

I am sorry I don't remember the names as my concern was on my dog at the time, but I do remember how their actions made me feel and I felt very comfortable as well as my dog

I was very impressed how clean and organized the office and examination rooms were. The staff and Dr were caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and informative. Once I arrived, there was no wait time at all.
