Great service over all's

I think the care was Perfect just very expensive but anywhere you go it is expensive.

Dr. Schachar is a wonderful animal neurologist..we are grateful for his help in treating our pet Benji for several years now and keeping Benji's seizures under control. Staff was busy but attentive.

Professional, caring

I did a great job when I came in the middle of the night for my dog who had a couple seizures for the first time. He's an old man and not super friendly, but they were very calm and the doctor explained everything in detail. The vet techs were also great.

I think Dr. White is a fantastic veterinarian. My cat has a very unfortunate terminal diagnosis and he absolutely took his time to answer my million, probably repetitive questions. He was very empathetic, knowledgeable and kind. I do not want this part to influence my rating of the facility, which gave me exceptional care. Hence why I gave the facility a rating of a 10. The receptionist who checked me out after my cat's examination was extremely rude and condescending to me while I was sobbing about my cat's new diagnosis. I plan to go more into this later in the survey.
