We absolutely love Dr. Keegan! Dottie was diagnosed with heart disease under a year old and has been treated by Dr. Keegan from early on. His treatment plan has helped her condition. Her most recent appointment confirmed she has almost a perfect looking heart again. We will continue to go to him for regular checkups.

Staff and doctors are all incredibly kind, helpful, and patient even when the ER is very busy. I have always had good experiences here.

The staff was so kind, caring and accommodating. They did what they could to save my boy and he was able to go home the next day and he was loved and cared for while he was there. They were very accommodating to the fact that our family was obviously very emotional and missing our pet while in their care and they did all they could to ease our fears. I highly recommend them.

When I initially brought Zoey in I called ahead to make the team aware of what was happening. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly kind while speaking with me. Thank you to Dr. Suchecki for providing Zoey with such quick and compassionate care when she needed it most. I will never forget how scared and overwhelmed I was when I arrived and how quickly the team came outside to get Zoey from my car and bring her inside so she could be treated. In that moment knowing that the team were immediately there for her gave me a sense of comfort and I knew she was in the best hands. When I brought Zoey back that night. Dr. Henriques evaluated her with such kindness and professionalism. She took the time to explain what was happening and answer my questions. Once Zoey was admitted communication was clear and consistent. Dr. Iuliani took the time to explain what was happening, answer all of my questions, and keep me informed about Zoey's condition and progress. She kept me informed, hopeful, and reassured throughout her stay, which meant so much during such a frightening and stressful experience. I knew Zoey was in good hands and being well cared for. Thank you Dr. Iuliani for your compassion, professionalism, and for taking such wonderful care of Zoey. I am also so grateful for the time and patience you showed me during every phone call. I also called one night for an update and the overnight doctor (I apologize for forgetting his name) was so kind and patient with me. I know the team was busy but he still took the time to speak with me and give me a thorough update on Zoey. I am incredibly grateful to everyone who cared for Zoey and for the kindness they showed both to her and my family during such a difficult time. I truly felt that she was in good hands and I will always be grateful for the care and compassion they showed us when we needed it most. I know Zoey was cared for by more than one veterinarian during her stay and I apologize if I forgot any names. I want to sincerely thank every doctor, technician, nurse, and staff member who played a role in her care. You are all angels on earth. Thank you.
