Very kind staff.

Felt that my cat Jezebel received very good professional care. Reception was also very pleasant and competent.

24 hour availability was needed and this was the closest office at the time. They examined my cat and did an x-ray but nothing abnormal showed. Since I had an appointment at my regular vet the next day, I said I would look for more information at that visit. Happy that nothing showed up in this exam but the cat's behavior needed a further visit to my vet.

My lab had a very bad ear infection and I did not have a local vet. They look us quickly and she is much better! Nice facility, very nice staff.

Our pets are our family and when something is wrong we want to make sure our pet is cared for and gets better as quickly as possible. The staff are committed to caring for our pets and getting them healthy as soon as possible. When my cat started limping, I didn't know what to do. I brought him to the closest emergency vet which happened to be GSVS. The staff were friendly and fostered a comfortable environment in an otherwise uncomfortable situation. They were quick in getting us situated in a room. The staff were friendly and explained everything in a way I could understand as a first time cat mom. I'd recommend GSVS for all pet emergencies and will be going back if I ever need another emergency vet.
