The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable, they were very transparent with what was going on with our dog..They explained the entire process and what it would entail and how much it would cost. They kept us updated when our dog was in their care, which eased our worries and concerns.
Dr. Newgent, the surgeon, has been especially kind and thorough with my shih-tzu Sirius' care. She spent extra time on the phone with me after Sirius' surgery and continues to help me with her follow-through care.

The staff made me feel good walking in with my new rescue! They remembered Calvin do you know how touching that is. The Dr. was amazing and had the best bed side manner. I hate ever having to go to a hospital so much trauma but your staff is remarkable.

My dog was attacked by a bigger dog , and I rushed to the ER. They took us immediately but the waiting time for the X ray was bit longer we'd expected. The doctor was caring and tried to help us. He also provided us with recommendations and possible other health issues. Thank you all team for helping Foxy.
