Yes. I would like to compliment Dr. Bassano, who was the nighttime doctor when we came in, and Victoria (I hope I have her name correct), who was the nighttime nurse. Victoria was the nurse who took our dog into the room when we arrived and also discharged her—she was so compassionate throughout the entire process. It was so nice to see on Victoria's face how happy she was to see our dog do a full 180 and be going home. I would also like to recognize Sam at the front desk, who cleaned up our dog's bloody diarrhea without hesitation or any look on her face—she truly had empathy for what we were going through. I would also like to acknowledge the daytime doctor whose name I don't have listed on my paperwork. I truly cannot express how much their communication meant to me and how it helped make both my day and night go more smoothly, especially given the situation we were facing. The daytime doctor, in particular, was amazing and went above and beyond—despite never meeting us in person and only meeting our dog, he consistently called throughout the day to keep me updated. The nighttime doctor was equally wonderful, frequently coming into the room to check on us and keep us informed.

The whole staff from the doctors to receptionists are very helpful, considerate and understanding when you come in for an emergency and losing your mind over your fur baby.

Dr. Flagiello was wonderful. She carefully listened to our concerns and the issue at hand thoroughly. She provided concise but informative information about treatment/care plans as well as her diagnostic approach to the matter. We felt very comfortable, and not pressured during our time.
