Everyone is great, from the moment you walk in. I been there so often lately which is not exactly the best, but everyone is so loving and caring with my dog. And Dr. Kemmerly is outstanding! She has been deeply involved in my dog Baylee's care, consistently checking in, explaining options, and ensuring continuity between appointments. Her attentiveness and calm demeanor have brought comfort during difficult moments, and that commitment feels truly heroic.

The staff was very kind and the doctor took time to explain everything to us. You can tell they really care about the animals they treat. They made a stressful situation feel more manageable

Dr Hoelzler was excellent of course!! I have been with him for a while between my pets. This was my first experience with having to leave my pet overnight, a special thank you to Dr Verma who actually took the time to pay attention to my dog's reaction to pain medication and that regardless of his size, his dosage needed to be much lower than anticipated. She immediately changed his dosage and prescribed appropriate dosage of the medication for home that would be more appropriate for his needs. As a "people" nurse it was a wonderful thing to see that his care was individualized and not left to "cookie cutter" medical care.

Everyone who we encountered was kind, sweet and compassionate! The front desk workers always had smiles on their faces and were very welcoming and the vet techs and doctors we had took their time explaining every thing down to the smallest detail

I've had many experiences with garden state. Scheduled surgeries, emergency visits and end of life care and each of those experiences I feel I received the highest level of care and compassion.

I've been using GS for years for emergency situations with my animals. They have excellent care and I know they are one of the best emergency facilities in NJ. It is expensive but in the end they take the best care of your loved animals.
