Availability of appointme ts and easy scheduling
Yes. Dr Spanos and a special tech (the one that my dog likes the most): unfortunately I forgot her name, but she is white, black hair and has a lot of tattoos. Boris love her and she was very kind during all radiation process.
The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The veterinarian was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood the steps and testing process. She took extra care to explain everything about my cat's diagnostic process including the costs prior to the testing. I was very pleased with all of the staff! I am so happy with the care we received!
Caring, top notch docs and very helpful
I love your experienced doctors. I see Dr DeMarco on a regular basis. I have also had the pleasure of having Dr Thomas Scavelli, Dr Glasser and most recently Dr Hunt caring for my dog(s). My only concern is with the ER interns. I recently lost a dog at another hospital due to an intern's inability to recognize an emergent situation, so I have concerns with their lack of experience especially in an emergency situation. the doctor that cared for my dog at this appointment was very nice and helpful. Although I did not feel he could answer the questions that I had.
Very professional staff, previous experience three years ago, pet was so well taken care of and healed from surgery 100%. That is why we now are having surgery on her other leg.
The lady who took care of the paperwork was so kind to the dog I brought with me along with the dog who had the appointment. And the neurologist that Ivy saw was beyond lovely to my girl.
We had an emergency and they took our dog in right away!!

My cat Cheeto has been going there for chemo over several months and the doctors are amazing they're very compassionate and they make me feel like Cheeto is their only patient which is great He's doing very well now he still has some treatments but his quality of life is awesome
