Oh the sweetest young lady at the front desk (non emergency) she was the first face I saw and she made me feel at ease. She didn't say.. oh you went thru the wrong door, so go walk over to the side. She walked me over and explained everything beforehand, and it was PACKED in the whole place , but she didn't rush me along. That warmed my heart.
