While the cost for this care without pet insurance is substantial, out situation allowed us to incur that cost for your excellent emergency diagnosis and treatment of our 4-year-old, otherwise healthy dog. We sought specialized, quality care and received it with you.

Everyone! Everyone on the staff was awesome, understanding and we greatly appreciate the help throughout the visits. The two times we called, the staff quickly got us answers with guidance from the doctors or putting us on with the doctors directly. The doctors made sure notes were thorough to limit any possible delays and expedite treatment. A big thank you to the doctors too for working through the problem and the additional complication and not just ignoring it, sitting with Cali to ensure she was truly ready to go home. Also, while we were there during our first visit, we did see someone on the staff kind of get spoken to by another pet parent. The staff did nothing wrong and were very polite. Everyone handles emergencies differently, but it was unfair to the staff member over a standard wording for them to have been treated differently.

I was able to be taken in same day, granted I arrived in the morning before the rush. They also keep an ultra sound technician on staff.
