From the very first phone call, before I even brought my dog Lotus in, I felt supported and cared for. Lotus had eaten a bone and was really sick, and I was scared. I called while I was on my way, and the person who answered the phone immediately helped me feel calmer. She took all of my information, told me to come right in, and made me feel like we were already being taken care of before we even walked through the door. When we arrived, everyone was expecting us and knew why we were there. The entire team was kind, quick, thoughtful, and thorough. When your pet is sick and you are scared, the way people treat you matters so much. I felt like Lotus was in good hands from that very first phone call through the entire visit, and I am incredibly grateful for the care we received.
